Certified Fiduciary
I am a Certified Fiduciary. The Arizona Supreme Court provides a certification process for individuals who act as guardians, conservators and personal representatives (executor/executrix). No one can serve as a guardian, conservator or personal representative, for a fee, unless he or she is someone who is named in a will. Practically, only persons named in trust instruments or Certified Fiduciaries will be appointed to serve as trustees.
I limit my fiduciary practice, in that I do not often serve as a guardian. While I am most effective in cases that involve family disputes or difficult real estate or business situations, I am available to handle more routine situations that involve bill paying, money management or the liquidation of assets.
I am available to handle cases currently. In addition, I can be named as a personal representative or trustee as part of someone's estate planning process. In these situations, however, I recommend that you or your estate planner consult with me in connection with your intention that I serve in a fiduciary capacity in the future.
Fees for fiduciary work are very competitive. Money management services are provided through nationally-recognized brokerages and professional money managers, and I am happy to work with your investment advisors.
